Eldercare Allambi at Glengowrie is seeking dedicated Lifestyle Support Assistants.

- Monday to Friday shifts, 10:00 am - 04:00 pm
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a vibrant and enthusiastic person to join our team
- Hold or in the process of obtaining qualifications related to leisure, health or community services
- Experienced in participating and arranging recreational or leisure pursuits
- Specific experience in working with Older People, an advantage if dementia specific.
- Be passionate about enhancing the wellbeing of our residents

- Be enthusiastic and motivated, showing a willingness to learn
- Have great time management and organisational skills
- The ability to think with initiative

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
As per Eldercare’s Employee Immunisation Policy, all Eldercare employees are required to:
- Be vaccinated against seasonal influenza by no later than 1 June each year
- Be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per current ATAGI guidelines
Exemptions on a temporary or permanent basis can only be approved by Eldercare’s Chief Executive.
