Eldercare Goodwood is seeking dedicated Hospitality Assistants to work Catering and Cleaning Shifts.

Eldercare has an exciting opportunity for experienced Hospitality Assistants to join the Eldercare Goodwood, catering/kitchen team.
We have permanent Part Time opportunities available across multiple shifts.
About the role
- Located in Goodwood
- Permanent part time opportunity with day and afternoon shifts available 07:00-15:00 and 15:00-20:00
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts on a casual basis if needed
- A varied role that provides the opportunity to work across multiple departments
- Start 2025 with Eldercare Goodwood
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Good communication skills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Knowledge of contemporary housekeeping/cleaning practices
- Professional presentation
- Flexibility with shifts (to cover team mates when they are sick or on leave)
- A current Food Handling Certificate is required
- Previous work in Aged Care or healthcare is essential

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
As per Eldercare’s Employee Immunisation Policy, all Eldercare employees are required to:
- Be vaccinated against seasonal influenza by no later than 1 June each year
- Be vaccinated against COVID-19 as per current ATAGI guidelines
Exemptions on a temporary or permanent basis can only be approved by Eldercare’s Chief Executive.
