About the Role

Due to further expansion of Eldercare’s retirement living portfolio an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retirement Living Community Manager to join our team.

Based on-site, you will provide leadership and management of all operations within a retirement living community in the western suburbs. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming, enriching environment in a supportive community where residents can thrive and enjoy their retirement years to the fullest. This is achieved through the provision of excellent customer service, responding promptly to enquiries, and addressing resident needs efficiently and in a manner that has them feel valued and understood.

In this role you will oversee day-to-day operations including financial management, staff management, resident liaison and coordination of human and material resources and internal and external services providers.

 

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in Retirement Living/Aged Care/Property Management at a supervisory or management level

  • Exceptional customer service and leadership skills

  • Understanding of the Retirement Villages Act and the retirement living industry

  • Strong time management skills
