About the Role
As a valued member of our Retirement Village Team, you'll play a key role in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-functioning environment for our residents. Your contribution will help foster a sense of community, dignity, and comfort for everyone who calls our village home. Your primary responsibilities will include:

This includes routine tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitising surfaces, and managing waste disposal.
- Bin Collection Support: Each week, you'll assist residents by putting out and bringing in their bins, ensuring timely and orderly waste management across the village. Bin collection can be a physical job, as our green bins can be heavy, so this task requires someone comfortable with manual handling and outdoor work. This simple but essential task helps keep the grounds tidy and supports residents who may need a helping hand.
This is a hands-on role that directly supports the wellbeing and independence of our residents.
