About the Role 

As a Personal Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care that helps our residents live each day with dignity and joy. You'll follow personalised care plans and offer respectful support with:

  • Provide direct care in a dignified & respectful manner
  • Deliver excellence in customer service to our residents
  • Provide assistance with personal care/hygiene, daily living tasks & general mobility
  • Emotional wellbeing and companionship
  • Creating a warm, inclusive, and positive care environment to maximise quality of life

 

About the Opportunities

  • 13 sites across Adelaide Metro and Yorke Peninsula
  • Part time & casual opportunities (permanent part time requires minimum 6 shift per fortnight commitment) 

 

What You Will Bring 

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care – or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 months experience after receipt of qualification
  • Existing working rights in Australia
  • A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centred
  • The ability to work individually and in a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
